The Speak! Move! Change! Collective invites you to board the The Reproductive Freedom Train: The Afrofuturistic Journey to Liberation Continues once again as part of annual virtual series honoring Black Maternal Health Week (April 1`1th-17th).
Speak! Move! Change! is a 2-day immersive virtual experience convening birthing people, families, birth workers, artists, healthcare providers, allies, healers, and advocates in a powerful gathering where storytelling, art, ritual, education, and collective dialogue come together to speak truth, move systems, and change outcomes.
This year’s journey is an immersive and transformative experience guiding participants toward reproductive liberation, grounded in the resilience, brilliance, and ancestral technologies of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC). Inspired by historical pathways to freedom like the Underground Railroad and the Negro Motorist Green Book, the Freedom Train bridges past, present, and future strategies for survival, safety, and sovereignty in reproductive healthcare.
